macy sandwich isle dog of the month

Well here it is – 2016! - A new year and a new dog for our Dog of the Month program. This month we were featuring Macy! “Were” you ask? Yes, we are excited to report, she has already found her forever home! But we still wanted to take a moment and tell you all about her. This beautiful little terrier mix is the sweetest little girl ever! She is approximately 3 years old and was originally adopted from our shelter; but, due to circumstances beyond her control, she has found her way back to us.

This good natured little pup that is not high-strung or a high-maintenance up-town girl; nope, not this is a sweet little doll. She is calm and quiet even when the other dogs are enticed into a ruckus, or rather, trying to entice her into a ruckus. This prim and proper little pup loves to go on walks, and is the perfect little lady even when approaching other dogs. She is very friendly to people and pets, and has even learned a few commands in spite of her tumultuous life to date. Her ‘scruffy’ look is a sweet mix of chic and down home beauty. She will make a wonderful addition to the new family that has adopted her.
As always, Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions was happy to pick up the adoption fee and send Macy on her way to her new home with a goody bag filled with doggy necessities. If you are interested in adopting one of the other dogs looking for a forever home, just visit the shelter. They will be happy to help you in your choice of a forever pet.

Here at Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions we are in the business of helping our community to be pest free and homeless pet free. Believe it or not, when the homeless pet population is under control it helps to control the pest population as well. After all, a homeless pet is not under the care of a veterinarian and usually is found carrying ticks, fleas, mites, and lice among other things. Besides, no pet deserves to be unloved and uncared for.

If you need assistance controlling pests in your home, give us a call. Our highly trained and experienced staff will be more than happy to help. Let’s make 2016 the year that we become pest and homeless pet free!
