It is not often here at Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions that we use our blog to brag about our achievements, but there are times when special awards come our way for the hard work that we are endeavoring to accomplish in the pest control industry and in our community. We have such a case that we are so excited about that we just can’t keep quiet!
In June, Michael Botha, President of Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions, received a letter from Dan Moreland, Publisher of PCT Magazine, informing him that he has been named to the Crown Leadership Awards Class for 2016. This prestigious award is given each year to industry educators and professionals that have significantly contributed to the growth and development of the pest control industry, their communities, and their companies. What makes this award particularly noteworthy is that the recipients are nominated by their peers and chosen only after a thorough assessment of their personal and professional accomplishments in our industry.
We can’t tell you how very proud we are of our President, Michael Botha, and how much we as members of the Sandwich Isle Pest team completely agree with the accolades of his peers and colleagues. Of course, working with him day in and day out, we certainly realize what a valuable asset he is to us, to our community, and to our industry as a whole; and we are so happy that others can see the treasure we have, too.
This is a double honor as there will be a reception hosted by Syngenta Professional Products and PCT Magazine to be held in October during NPMA PestWorld in Seattle, Washington.
