The only reason I gave this five stars is because of our technician Carlton. He is customer driven for satisfaction of services rendered. He is knowledgeable, friendly and supersedes all expectations of what a customer desires.He is the best and we will continue with Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions as long as he is employed there.

Have recommended your regular bi-monthly service to many of my neighbors. Your people are pleasant, thorough, and listen to any changes from last spray to ensure any new issues are addressed. I highly recommend Sandwich Isle Pest Control for any homeowner and even tenant. Keep the bugs outside where they belong. :)

Tevai was knowledgeable and professional from the moment he arrived. Not only was he on time but early which allowed him to get started right away. Pointed out the various areas where the insects were located while also describing the chemicals he was using and their affect.Satisfied? Recommend them to others?Would I use them again? After many, many years of regular service, suddenly this last summer the monthly service visits stopped. No notice, no email, no phone call. After 2 months of hearing nothing, I called and found out that our regular serviceman had been injured and was out for the foreseeable future.. very sad. Homer is an amazing technician. We hope he recovers soon. At this point, an appointment was made, and when the time came, no one showed up. We called again. By this time we had gone 3 months without service. After 2 phone calls, and a month of waiting, a service person showed up, but he simply didn't have the time to fully spray the house. From that day on, 3 more appointments have been missed No explanation as to why.. no apologizes or efforts to reschedule. It was all left to me to call and call and call because messages were never returnedNow I can't even get scheduled. Our house, which was beautifully bug free is becoming a favorite place for cockroaches.After numerous messages, we were now told that they cannot come out to Laie on Thursdays, even though we have always, in 7+ years, been scheduled on Thursdays. They aren't offering any other days. They have lots of excuses and zero solutions.Without notice, we have been swept aside.I'm sure that things are extraordinarily tough with staffing and all, but we are long term customers. Always polite and easy to work with. We left numerous positive reviews past, and tipped our service person generously. To suddenly be dropped in such a callous way is disheartening, to say the least . Very, very unprofessional.

Roland was great! The termite tenting crew was polite and the final day guy who checked chemical levels in the house was also nice. The tenting crew had left trash around the property and did not remove all tape from roof corners, and left one of our water hoses disconnected and laying in a random spot. I arrived to the property before the final walk around and test for chemical levels, so these things may have been remedied by someone the test guy if I hadn’t already done it.

Customer service was very nice and service was great. The Pest controller was nice, was very thorough what he was going to do, and made sure to let me know safety measures of the move in spray, which entitles to stay out of the place for at least 2 hours. I was appreciative of the way it was all handled professionally.

We’ve been using Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions for almost a year now; mainly for roaches and mice. We live in hot Ewa Beach. They treat both inside and outside of our home (garage too). Since day one, we have not had problems like before. It’s amazing!! Our usual Tech Kaimana comes in, does his thing and let us know when he’s pau. He is always very respectful, courteous and professional! This company deserves 5 Shakas too!

It has been about three weeks since we have had our house treated. The young man who came out (apologies...I don't remember his name) was very helpful, listened to my concerns and reassured me that the procedures were safe for us and our pets. He treated the areas of concern (except may have missed one) and since he's treated our home, we've only seen on huge B52 (on it's back) in the first week after treatment. We've noticed the german roach infestation near our front door has disappeared, as well. The only minor area that may have been missed (near our living room window) still has ant infestation, but I can live with that.I am so glad I called your company as I truly believe this is the reason we haven't seen a live, huge B52 roach come into our home over the past three weeks. I am also glad we are on a quarterly plan and hope this will be the solution to our roach problems. Thank you so much!

This company has the kindest people in the business. My mom had been living with an ant problem for awhile. I tried everything I could to get rid of them. I became so frustrated and broke down. I called Sandwich Isle. They inspected and treated the yard and house. No more ants, or bugs! Yahoo!

Roland is respectful, helpful and honest. I appreciate my concerns about termites being taken seriously. He also helped me load my car with an item that was going to be placed in the "vault"to be heat-treated. He wanted to make sure I could see out the back window of my car and he taped the rails and put the drawers back into my plastic bags. That kind of care is so appreciated! When I got to the office, I was met immediately by another employee who was coordinating with Roland to take care of my item. Sandwich Isles always takes good care of my property!
